Superior Walls of New Jersey responded to the call for help when Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and J. S. Hovnanian & Sons came asking for a foundation for their home to be built on Federal Street in Pennsauken, NJ for the Victor Marrero family.
220 linear feet of 8’ 2” high insulated concrete walls were made in the Superior Walls of New Jersey factory in Millville, NJ and delivered and installed by their employees at the site on Tuesday, July 31, 2007.
The official start of the construction was at 12 noon on Tuesday. By 4:20pm, the excavation and the Superior Walls foundation were complete and ready for the framers to install the first floor joist.
Speed of installation and fine workmanship are two of the reasons Extreme Makeover: Home Edition requested Superior Walls for this foundation.
